Tim Crockett
President
Tim leads the PACE Houston team with over 30 years of experience in Houston's commercial real estate and energy industry. He has developed, renovated, managed, leased, and financed commercial real estate properties. His track record of innovation and leadership were demonstrated in 1994 when selected as a Test Driver for GM's Impact (prEView for the EV1) the first mass produced Electric Vehicle and when he helped create the first known wireless hotspot in Houston in 2000. He understands property owner’s goals of attracting and retaining tenants, maximizing NOI and asset value. In addition to helping property owners lower their energy usage, Tim provides strategic advice in procurement, demand response and monthly bill audits.

Keith Reihl
Professional Engineer
Keith provides professional engineering services for operational and capital improvement recommendations to our clients. With over 30 years experience, he performs initial MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) evaluations, ASHRAE Energy Audits, ITPR (Independent Third Party Review) services as required for PACE projects, and Commissioning.
Keith has led MEP teams, and personally worked with single property and portfolio clients to design, evaluate and retrofit MEP systems for commercial, office, higher education, K-12, residential, data center, retail, restaurant, high-tech and airport properties. He has experience in Variable Refrigerant Flow, in LEED Consulting and Commissioning for existing buildings, on both new and renovation projects. Keith has held many leadership positions in USGBC, SPEER and ASHRAE. He Chairs the Energy Code Committee for the City of Houston. Keith holds the following accreditations: PE, MBA, CEM, AVS, LEED AP, LEED AP O+M, GBE, CSDP, CBCP, HBDP, CEA, EBCP, GPRO FUND + CM.

Herb Yuan, PhD
Herb Yuan is CTO for ErascoGroup. Herb retired from Shell with over 30 years in a variety of technology and upstream management positions. His last assignment was CIO for the upstream head office, which included technology and exploration organizations with priorities on high performance computing, information management and software engineering. Herb also served on leadership teams associated with technology organizations as well as initiating the Shell Gamechanger enterprise innovation process. In the last few years, Herb has worked in the area of cyber security management for large multi-national organizations especially in the area of governance, compliance and strategy and supported clients with the organizational changes required to achieve better security and increased resilience. He has served on a variety of boards. Previously, Herb was Chairman of the board of POSC (later renamed Energistics), on the board of the OpenSpirit Corporation, the advisory board of the Rice Alliance as well as on the board of the Hermann Park Conservancy. Herb enjoys cycling, golf and reading. Herb received his PhD in Chemical Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Math from the Australian National University.
